Impeccably clean, small hotel, I liked well-kept rooms and very efficient staff. I was here for 2 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for the breakfast. The bed was very clean and worked perfectly. Peaceful central location right by the two nearest metro stations. There was Romantica Caffe a couple of blocks away from the property...

The Duquesne Eiffel was a very friendly clean hotel. The maid cleaned the room every day. The 2 girls on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was room 35 with a super view of the eiffel tower. The room was spacious, with a mini fridge. The bathroom was a good size and the toilet was seperate from the bathroom. We stayed for 4 nites and there was enough room for our luggage. There was no noise from outside, so we slept well in our queen size bed which was quite comfortable. For about 13 Euros each and you could choose from croissants, baguettes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, honey, jam, fresh juice, tea/coffee - the usual continental breakfast.
Nothing really, it was in a quiet area of Paris and about a 15 minute walk from the eiffel tower - that might be too far for some people to walk, but for us it was ok,

The Duqesne Eiffel is closely placed to the Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire and the Invalides. It is also close to Rue Cler a featured Paris Neighborhood in the Rick Steves Paris Guidebook. While the rooms are small they are very nice, the shower/tub, bed and things you need are all there and comfortable. We stayed in a double comfort room. The bed was big enough for us. If we put our head out the window, we could see the Eiffel Tower. Other more expensive rooms apparently offer a complete view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast which we ate every day was fine and quite nice. Through Booked.net we got a rate with no cancellation that was substantially lower than their regular standard rate.
There was little variation in the breakfast from day to day. There are limitations on storage in a small room but nothing that can't be accomodated. The wi-fi was problematic with our I pad and nook but on our trip about half of the wi fi available was not usefull.

Staying at duquesne eiffel was a delight! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the eiffel tower. We had a lovely view from our room, and it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was simple but had all the essentials. The staff was super friendly. The water pressure in the shower was great, always a nice touch.
totally recommend

The hotel management was unfair with me. Before making a reservation I made myself clear what kind of room I wanted, they said they had it, but after I booked I was informed that the rooms I wanted were gone!! All my complaints were ignored by the Manager. Outrageous.

Very friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms (with a view of the Eiffel Tower!), good location - bus and metro stops nearby, 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower.
Cleanliness has left a little to be desired.

The fine view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and the peaceful sun terrace. The only downside was that the room was a bit snug was good, but it didn't dampen our fun 🌟
